Okay so the Farmers' Market here has a stand called Flaco's where they sell vegetarian Mexican food and it's so good that I'm stumped sitting here searching for a way to describe how good it is. IT'S SO GOOD. The fact that I am guaranteed cuisine like this every Thursday after work makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time, I'm so lucky.
